The Orchid Habitat Intensive
A 4-week Therapeutic reset to
transform chaos into sanctuary
Best for children struggling with daily transitions and overstimulation
Session 1: The Bio-Audit. We evaluate your child’s unique sensory profile and identify "hot zones" in your home. You’ll learn exactly how your child experiences the world so you can parent with more clarity and less frustration. This sesion is typically in-home, however can be done over telehealth.
Session 2: The Habitat Blueprint We create a "low-load" environment to naturally lower stress. By detoxing visual noise, auditing over-scheduled calendars, and evaluating media intake, we build a space where your child’s nervous system can finally rest.
Session 3: Digital Hygiene Sensitive children often experience intense "screen crashes." We implement a custom digital protocol—including the After-School Reset—to stop the dopamine spikes that lead to transition meltdowns.
Session 4: The Success Roadmap We focus on you as the Anchor, teaching you how to stay regulated so your child can catch your calm. You’ll walk away with a custom Success Binder and a clear advocacy plan for school and family.
